Prescriptions:
A prescription written by a physician licensed to practice in the United States is required for the sale of Fisher Paykel machines, humidifiers and masks. Prescriptions can be faxed to 508-476-1150. CPAP Discount Store can obtain your prescription for you. All you need to do is supply us with your physicians name and phone number. We will take care of the rest.
